SEND

At The Academy of Central Bedfordshire, making sure that our provision takes account of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) that our students may have, lies at the heart of everything we do. Every member of staff takes collective responsibility for this and every member of staff is trained in adapting what they do to meet the SEND of our students. If you have any concerns regarding your child’s needs you can always speak to their Keyworker to raise these in the first instance.

The Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) at ACB is Mark Norwood (mnorwood@acb.beds.sch.uk) and he is always happy to take calls and emails from parents regarding SEND-related enquiries.
