We had the honour and pleasure to host Will Quince, the new Minister for Children and Families, and our local MP Richard Fuller at The Academy on 12th October. They toured our facilities and met with students to listen to their experiences of mainstream and alternative provision first hand. The Minister left "impressed with the attitude and ambition of the students" and grateful for the cookies made for him in our Hospitality and Catering commercial kitchen.
